• How to cook eggs: 1. Use the oil brush to coat the egg mold with oil; 2. Crack the eggs into the mold cup (add ingredients as needed) and close the lid; 3. Place in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes, or steam in a steamer (increase cooking time with cold water); 4. After cooking, remove and cool in cold water; 5. Squeeze to remove and pour out the eggs.
• Non-stick & easy to clean: Apply a layer of oil to the egg mold cup before steaming to prevent sticking and ease egg removal. Can be washed in the dishwasher, though hand washing is preferable.
